Dura ace 9100 & Pioneer power meter clearance
« on: November 08, 2021, 08:00:47 PM »
Hi Folks,
I just got my second Dura Ace 9100 Pioneer power meter (50/34) ring for what I want to be a 15lb gravel bike build.  On my aluminum cross frame the power meter box on the left crankarm interferes by about 5mm unless I do ill advised spacers to widen the crank (not really focused on that frame anyway).

Can anyone tell me if the popular Chinese gravel frames (notably GR042 / GR043/ GR039 / LGC071s) have clearance for a Dura Ace Pioneer power meter left crank arm and enough q factor for the crank ends to clear the chainstays?

I am looking for a frame under 1000g with a near 400g fork and 54-55cm top tube, 42mm min tire clearance, preferably dropped stays, and 65-70mm BB drop (not so interested in GR039 56mm drop).  Any recommendations?
