didn't deal with sara, but dealt with yishun now multiple times and never had an issue. i'd say you can order from whoever there with confidence

Anybody knows if Yishun does regular upgrades on their frames with regards to new/current technical standards?

I really like the R068D on looks and geometry (one of the few "semi-aero" frames with a stack/reach >= 400/600) but no UDH and T47 are major turnoffs

I think they don't update their old frames. But they currently have a new frame which is R033D. You may ask them directly if they have new version of R068D

That implies new moulds, so i'd assume no. Also, if you upgrade old moulds, it's harder to sell newer models, so even more no.
