People already did it with both sram and shimano derailers. Here are the derailers people installed it on from ali reviews: GRX 820, eagle, 10 speed ultegra, 12 speed ultegra 8150, R7000-SS, Capelo, (105, tiagara, claris) short cage and M6100.

Has anyone installed this on a 12spd 105 or Ultegra cages? Is it simple plug and play and were modifications required?

Just an update on this. Works and looks great if you have very smooth roads OR dont shift much. Just removed this and replaced with the original Shimano pulley. Issue is the teeth are too short to hold the chain over bumps and same goes for shifting into any extreme of the casette. If the teeth were taller, this would be great. Will not recommend at all.

I am looking for a seat radar mount. I know there are plenty of options but I cant find one that will be long enough extend past a saddle bag. Anyone found one that would be longer and maybe even have ability of angle adjust for the light?

The first wont work for the same reason that what I listed wont work. This does not clear a saddle bag at all. I need something that will extend few cm beyond the saddle.
The second one is obvious but I would need to buy an extra clip on mout for garmin radar to make that work.
All this for my wifes tiny bike with not enough clearance between the tire and the radar and the bag lol small ppls problems.

It's snug, but my saddle bag is pretty small. I installed "upside down", but was able to tighten by slotting allen key into the saddle cutout.

Should be fine with this, or you can try check some 3d project online and print it yourself

I had similar issue, I modified the general saddle clamp (someone already pasted a link) by adding similar extender arm as below between the part which clamps to saddle and the part you attach your radar

I find the ZTTO UL (gen 3?) cassettes to work well with 11 speed. Saves a bunch of weight too, but they're not super cheap. Just sort of as a more reasonably priced alternative to dura ace.

The gen3 ztto saves you a lot of weight, the compromise is a quality of the gear shifting that does not reflect that of Shimano, my advice is always to go for Shimano cassettes, at the same price of a ztto https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005007728836833.html you can get an Ultegra
