cba, I punctuate everything in the middle of sentences and paragraphs. Already sticking to grammar more than I'd like to on meaningless internet posts

Okay Edge Lord, thanks for gracing us with your nihilism and

These ZRace 4 piston calipers already exist in post mount and there have already been a few MTB'er reviews about them without much issue. My only issue with ZRace calipers in general is that they don't allow much leeway for rotor alignment. They're a headache to adjust.

If anyone is interested, new stock on the 36cm Kocevlo integrated bars are available. These were sold out for awhile on AliEx:

Experiences with Shimano CN-HG701 11 Chain on AliExpress – Is it Original?

Hi everyone,

I'm considering buying the Shimano CN-HG701 11 chain from AliExpress, but I'm concerned about whether it's truly original and if the quality is on par with the ones from authorized retailers. Has anyone here had any experience with this product? Is it an original Shimano chain or more of a replica?

I’d really appreciate any insights or feedback you can share!

11,69€ instead of around 30€

Thanks in advance!

Most likely a counterfeit at that price. Chains tend to not be a good buy from aliexpress unfortunately.

Hell chains aren't even a good buy from Amazon these days, I bought one of the KMC gold Ti ones off there and it crapped out after 300km. Complete fake.

I don't buy chains or cycling kit from AliExpress. I only stick to Shimano chains for my Shimano drivetrains, SRAM and KMC chains for my aftermarket drivetrains. I buy name brand kit during clearance sales!

Anyone tried one of these Lexon "vibration" seatposts?

Did anyone order and test one of these Lexon SP-LE18 seatposts?
I bought this one:
https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005006075227043.html
On one of the pictures it says "Compatible with 7x7mm rails, 7x9mm carbon rails (adapter included)."
However no adapter came with it, wondering if it takes 7x7 and 7x9 with the same clamp or if my shipment was missing the adapter?

100% is fake.
If you want a good bargain, go thru Decathlon boxed chain (produced by KMC)

Very good tip. 11 speed chain for 17 EUR here in BE.

Regarding budget chains, I think the real hero is SRAM PC1110, it's available in quite a few places for 15 USD/EUR, at least in my country it's cheaper than Decathlon's packed chain.

I'm using PC 1130 chains for my gravel bike and they're great. They have a neutral profile, so they don't rub on aftermarket cassettes like certain Shimano chain/aftermarket cassette combos.

That reminds me, does SRAM make a 12 speed chain that's compatible non-SRAM cassettes?

Lexon seems to be a pretty good brand, but that seatpost scares me! One little ol' crack and you'll have a carbon spear through your nether regions. At least, that's what my brain thinks when it sees those tiny chinese carbon spars pointing up towards where you store the nether regions.

Feels like the designer got bored and ran out of wacky things to do. I love those dials but this feels like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. If anything I would bet dials have a higher failure rate than just the rubber straps, ontop of being less secure, more expensive and heavier. Fun gimmick but unpractical  imo
But anyway they can't be any worse than the genuine garmin mounts or the rockbros one

Sure, but it's not *that* crazy. I admit, possibly not ideal. But... I'm in favor of someone experimenting and finding more shit to slap those BOAs on. Every now and again they find something new that is freaking amazing. Like my Silca seat bag with the BOA style strap (at least, it says Silca - no idea if it's a fake or not). A BOA strap bag is freaking amazing, and I'm surprised there aren't way, way more of them. There are starting to be a few others available, but DANG is it nice to not f*ck around with velcro.

I would check out the Eagle chains
