I've used some Zeray ones and another brand I can't remember. Both had inconsistent release and would occasionally pull out unexpectedly.

Same here, my Zerays also have some vertical play that can get annoying, but they're good enough for the commuter. I've slipped out after accelerating from some traffic lights a few times, but I tightened them up a bit more and haven't had that happen since, but my main bike's definitely keeping the Shimanos no matter the weight.

Copy of Prologo M5. It's more comfortable than expected, but the saddle itself squeaks, maybe between the cushion and the plastique part. It's quite annoying and I don't know how to prevent that. Maybe injecting W40 if I can ?

I impulse bought one of those laser alignment thingys. Mine was straight and it seemed very useful, BUT it doesn't really work for me because I have computer mounts on all my bars and they get in the way of clipping it on the bars. So... I can't really use it.

i'm deep into this rabbit hole. i currently own i think 7 pairs of offroad pedals despite only riding one bike.
zeray and west biking spd both had extremely inconsistent clipping to the point it was sketchy. sometimes no click, sometimes took a lot more force, sometimes very hard to release which made me eat mud once or twice.
the supplied cleats make both much worse, avoid at all costs. genuine shimano cleats make it better but still not acceptable. the zeray pedals developped play after maybe 2000km. i forgave the inconsistencies because they were a very respectable 280g. time atac xc were in the same league. light, sketchy and inconsistent and developped play early.
in the end as much as i wanted aliexpress pedals nothing came close to the crisp, consistent  clipping in and out and seemingly bombproof bearings. i picked up exustar ti pedals for 22eur locally that look like they've seen combat but the bearings are smooth, clipping is just as good as shimano for just 216g, 100g lighter than xtr. time will tell but i'm very impressed so far.
tl;dr get used shimanos and don't waste your time on ali if you want reliability

I started with a pair of polymer Rockbros pedals that are flat on one side and SPD on the other (although I think I've seen the same ones with different branding). They were not great. After 1000km or so they started to be really problematic and inconsistent to unclip from. The last time I fell over in them because my foot got hung up I nearly threw them away.

I replaced them with these "gold" Racework branded pedals, and I've been really happy with them:

So happy that I bought another pair for one of my other bikes in silver color. Between the two sets of pedals I'm sure I have well over 4000km between them, though likely not an even split. They spin well enough, but the clip-in/clip-out has been flawless.

I purchased one set of these in march 2024.  The beginning of this season, with less than a few hundred miles on them,  the bent tabs on one side of the pedal that retains the tension spring broke, one side of the left pedal stopped holding the cleat in place.   (I paid $16.33 USD for them on sale.) - Amazing that they cost over $35 USD with shipping these days.  Stupid ripoff tariffs!

found a aluminum computer holder for EXS Aerover, it has two positions of the computer adapter (for smaller/bigger computers), the gopro mount is detachable and it is a little away from de headtube.
I still haven't used it because I still don't receive the handlebar.

Havent seen the IIIPRO 6R in search so here it is. It was first shown by Trace Velo at Eurobike2025. This converts your run of the mill cable actuated brifter brakes to hydraulic so you can run any hydr caliper. Sadly you cannot buy the adapter separately but when i asked the the store replied with wait a little more.

Nice idea, but the handlebarposition looks horrible!
And does this make such a big different to the semi hydro-calbe brakes like the ONIRII BR-05?

That hydro adapter is a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.  I was looking to upgrade a family members cable brakes recently with some cable/hydro brakes, but it was actually cheaper just to buy the hydro version of the group set off eBay (brakes and shifters). But looking at that price, I might just go with that.  It is a gravel bike, so they already have a lot of things attached to it, so shouldn’t mind just sticking those things under the handle bars.
