Yes, the groupset will be delivered to NZ free shipping and the amount was discounted by 15% given that it is an order over NZD $1,000 and I will need to pay GST to customs when it arrives in the country. 

Wiggle, Probikekit, etc. also seem to offer free shipping to NZ on non-bulky orders over a certain amount. Also, they tend to arrive very, very fast.

I feel bad for the local bike shops because they can't compete on price.  Usually, the prices the bike shops pay for wholesale parts here cost more than the prices offered on those websites.  I don't really blame the websites. I think it's the big brands that are being greedy and squeezing small businesses.
