What firmware version is it?

It is a V1 with V0.1.7 and a V3 with V0.1.3

Ordered another set of 800 batteries and now it works. So something must have been or gone wrong with my first set of noname batteries.
Bought a set of Keeppower 14500 batteries and now it works fine. Just did a 150km race this weekend and yesterday 90km of training with no issues what so ever.

I‘m experiencing the same issue you had, thought i‘d splurge on a pair of 1500mah Keepower 14500 for a massive range upgrade but seems like LTwoo doesn‘t like that even though the current is the same… Welp will order a pair of 800mah batteries und hope for the best

I'm currently using vapcell F15 batteries from aliexpress, they are the same voltage and the same 14500 type cells just with higher capacity(1500mAh per battery, 3Ah total). Currently using the old wired eGR with them and its working great. The only issue i had is that after inserting them to the battery holder they did not contact the pad fully as i orderd flat ones isntead of button top ones so i used some small 5mm diameter neodymium magnets to fill the gap. Afterwards they needed to be left in battery holder and left to charge fully before they worked properly, if i tried using it without charging first they refused to power anything.

For my eGR with vapcells F15 im currently sitting at around 1000shifts per around 5% of battery used but i only managed to do around 120ish km with them for now so no long term testing done yet.

I bought Keepower 14500 800mAh and they seem to work really well. Did Vätternrundan (315km) with my Ltwoo setup this weekend with no issues at all.

Good to know! Just received them as well, but as my battery holder decided to break apart I‘m currently waiting for a new one…


Thankfully support was quick to refund me the right amount of money needed for a new one, still incredibly annoying. Felt pretty tight to squeeze the batteries in, so they were probably too big but as they‘re the correct standard the fault lies at LTwoo for designing it too tight for their own chosen standard and not reinforing it enough…

Hopefully the new won‘t disintegrade as well

I ordered the latest ERX with flat top brake calipers. I left my previous battery, ZTTO flat mount brakes and cables in-place. Surprisingly performance is a lot more refined. The bigger cage easily accommodates larger cassettes and there's a bit of weight reduction (6.8 down to 6.68kg). Getting the bike setup was fairly straight forward, I topped off the mineral oil and shifting appears to be concise. Batteries easily charged via USB-C. I'll report back when I get more ride time in with the bike.

The auto-trim works well, but I have no clue what the first aid option does. LTwoo will need to elaborate on their Youtube channel.

I also got a ride in with the new setup. First the plus side, it runs quite well with no issues in shifting. In fact it shifted perfectly and recharging the batteries was super easy with the USB-C port. The negative is that I don't know if I like the bigger cage. I felt like I was struggling a bit more with this setup. I'll give it some more ride time though. I might have been just tired!

The automatic front derailleur trim works terribly for me. When I have the chain on the big chainring in the front and the largest cog in the rear, it trims so aggressively that it throws the chain completely off the crankset. It happens every time.

I've also recently noticed that the chain is skipping on one of the gears, I think it's either the 6th or 7th cog on my 12-speed cassette. It will suddenly skip without actually shifting to a higher or lower gear. It's very annoying, especially when climbing a hill.

I would try to set up both derailleurs from scratch. For me autotrim works great. One of my main complaints about ltwoo was that I could never get rid of the fd rubbing even when using trim manually. Manual trim actually would trim in the wrong direction on some gears which was super annoying. Auto trim definitely works differently and does not follow same trim positions as in manual.

In my case, manual trimming works better than the automatic one (the chain has never dropped once and I never noticed any chain rub), so I think I'll disable it. Yesterday, during a sprint, when I wanted to use the hardest gear combination, my chain dropped, so...

The main problem now is skipping chain in this one gear on RD. I think it's a matter of fine adjustment (micro-adjustment), but it's difficult because it mainly happens while driving, most often over bumps and under load. When the vehicle is stationary, I can't reproduce the issue.

That's exactly what I thought. But I would prefer to get the rates people used to get in the past on AliX. I am wondering if they'll come back
