LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets

I have a problem with the LTWOO app. I updated it on my iPhone today, and now the app won't open at all. The welcome screen appears for about one second, and then the app crashes. Someone has similar problem?

The iOS app store states that there was an app update yesterday, so I'm guessing the newest version broke the app.

Is it possible to back to version before update? I can't log in. I put mail and password and nothing happened...

I emailed their main support account. It would be pretty trivial for their mobile team to revert to the previous version, hopefully they can push it out.

mine broke too, hopefully they'll fix it soon

They fix it with new update.

Had a similar issue (on Android) but it seems another app update has addressed it. My app said I needed to update the front firmware but the update would fail with a 2201 error (which it not on the ltwoo list of error codes). I ran the first aid script based on feedback from the "LTWOO official store" suggestion- no luck. App update happened and voila, the firmware update happened.

Any idea why the front derailleur would just "stop working"? I only hooked the system up to the app after the front derailleur suddenly stopped working while the rear was still fine. It couldn't have been the firmware update as the system wasn't hooked up to my phone or the internet. While the front derailleur was "broken" nothing worked- it was stuck in the large chainring and neither the brifter or app had any impact on it.
