I got a set of M6100 brakes from that store almost a year ago, they're genuine and I've had zero problems.

The 6-9 speed MTB group set has knockoffs. You can compare the screws on the products, especially on the rear derailleurs, the knockoff's screws is not as good as real

I think the sleeper Shimano setup for gravel is GRX 400. It's cheap and 10 speed GRX can run with GRX 810/12 RD/FD setups and I think there are more options for 2x10 speed and plenty of wide gearing for 1x. You could probably run an LTwoo GR9 RD as well on those shifters.

Received my brakes today. Took 13 days to arrive. Packaged well and looks great. Looks authentic to me.
