Hygge Aero Carbon Frame

Hey, got my hygge model s frame today and was very surprised about the handlebar, they sent me a different model. It's their new aerone model. Actually I like the design and clean appearance of the previous one much more. Don't know if I'll be happy with the new version...
What do you guys think about it?new version is definitely lighter.

Maybe with acetone. I think they use water transfers for these things. I doubt they would paint such an elaborate pattern.

The big logo on my frame is also some kind of sticker / water transfer.

I tried yesterday with my older hygge handlebar and the print in the center of the bar can be remove with acetone

Mine will be shipped tomorrow. The seller sent me photos (it's the BOB color with the carbon covered in gloss black).

He confirmed that I'll also be getting the new handlebar and that the decoration on the left is not removable.

Finally got my frame. And also a new aero handlebar. The quality was very pleasantly surprising.

and took it to my mechanic for assembly. If everything goes ok, tomorrow evening I will finally do a test ride

I also want to add that the new steering wheel no longer comes with a carbon light/computer mount, but with a metal one, whether it's some kind of alloy, etc, I'm not sure. But it looks much better and more reliable than the previous one.

I can't get the play out of my headset. I think the bearing races have to much play because the bearings have play even with the c ring attached. If I compress it to the point where I can't move the handle bar, it still has play. Is it possible that theres too big tolerances in the bearing races so that I can't get it fixed anyway?

wow, I don't have that. My handlebar moves freely and there is no such backlash as in your video

Did you see that Hygge raised the prices on their website?
The frame is now $850 instead of $600. I also see that the new aero handlebars are sold separately for $199. Maybe they raised the frame prices because of the new handlebars?

I was going to recommend it to my friend who is just planning to build it, but now with delivery it will be $950, and here it might make sense to look at Winspace or other brands?

At that price I would definately look for something else.
600 EUR for frame and handlebar incl. shipping is ok. 950 is way too much.
The old handlebar was OK, so if that is the reason for the price Increase they are crazy.
You can get an Ican Flyee for that budget.

Is this not the same handlebar? You can get it for about 50usd with coupons I guess. And you don't have the ugly graphics
