For the people who bought a frame from Airwolf: how was the communication after your purchase?

I was looking for a frame and they were very helpful at first, with fast responses. The frame was supposedly in stock and would be painted the next day.

But ever since I made the purchase, communication has become very difficult and I barely get any replies anymore. What are your experiences with this?

I think they only want to sell and other types of communication are not interesting.

Airwolf gave me the most frustrating customer service of my life.

My bottom bracket insert got loose and I got a new front triangle after months of waiting.
I paid for shipping.
The new front triangle lasted less than 300 kilometers and the insert got loose again.
After two weeks of trying hard the customer service told me the frame was in painting.
Then nothing happened.. only ghosting.
When I tried to enter the chat using my normal web browser and my name, I got no answers.
When I entered their web site using incognito or other IP address and looked for a new frame or part, the customer service worked just fine.. until I started asking for warranty.. then ghosting in the end.
Their e-mail doesn´t work by the way in the warranty cases.

I tried to get a new warranty front triangle for seven months and then the warranty expired.

Hongfu has the best customer service.

Really symbolic of the corners cut when making these things. Explains why the bearings are significantly more worse off on one side of the bike vs the other, and why the finish on the bolts that attaches the upper eyelet in the rear triangle to the shock extenson is very worn on one side while its pristine on the other side.

All my name brand frames except Pivot do the same thing.

I made axactly the same experiences!

Can anyone recommend a really good 2K epoxy resin that I can buy in Germany? Then I'll glue the thread back in for now.

Thanks

i’ve been communicating with hongfu to purchase their fm138 frame. but they’re requesting payment via bank transfer which is really throwing me off. i’ve purchased frames and wheels from various chinese companies and have always been able to pay through paypal. did you have to pay hongfu with bank transfer and was it fine? any input is much appreciated!
