Right, RIRO goes up to 100mm only that's pretty limiting

I have the Riro.  Installed it on my XMCS CS-01 with Zeno V2 couplers. It works really well for the quick disassembly and removal of the fork for travel.  Heavy, but makes for a very clean cockpit.

Plan for a whole day/afternoon to get everything just “right” in terms of running Zeno couplers at the right detachment point and bleeding.  I’ve done it three times and it never gets easier…

You still need to detach the hoses for travel? Not enough slack to just strap the bars to the fork?

Yes, my set up is specifically for use the old Post Carry case.  I’ll try to provide pics later this week.  I’ve experimented with a number of different stems and V1 and V2 Zeno clips. It’s both expensive and time consuming to fill a very niche purpose.

Basically, I remove the stem face plate, remove the stem, disconnect hoses.  From there I pull the fork, bag the headset bearings and spacers and it’s ready to pack.

Using the 100mm version.  If they end up making a 110mm, I’d switch to that.  I have weigh my spare one, but it’s definitely +200g.
