Decent price.  It might be best if you can tell prospective buyers how you will guarantee the transaction, and shipping for the kit, if you are selling/shipping outside China.  Aliexpress has shipping and refund guarantees versus a private seller.

What is the difference between these and the newer carbon versions? I can't find much information on the wheeltop site. Is it just a different material, and if so, what is the weight of the groupset?

Hi, yes the difference is just material in the shifters and derailleur. Here are the weight differences:

CARBON:
Shifters - 430g
Front derailleur - 185g
Rear derailleur - 320g
Overall - 935 g.

ALLOY
Shifters - 478g
Front derailleur - 185g
Rear derailleur - 350g
Overall - 1015 g.
