You'd need charger and batteries too. I bought 2nd party batteries and charger for much cheaper than original price. Overall conversion to:
Sram Rival RD (up to 36T)
Chain (YBN Shimano style)
Cassette (12 speed Shimano style HG-compatible)
Blips (1 set)
Cradles (Leap)
Chainring (Pass Quest)
Costs me less than 400 USD. I would say it's totally worth it and probably cheapest and cleanest way you could upgrade your TT bike.
