Hi, I'm in the process of building my GV201 frame. Does anyone else think the 165mm rear axle is a bit short? I have that feeling. I don't know if anyone who's been using this frame for a while can give me more information? Thanks.

They sent me a 172. It was obviously too long when I went to install it for the first time. Swapped for a 168 I already had as a spare from another bike and it works perfect.

Finally done with my build and found some time to ride it. I need some more miles on it to gather some more thoughts and come to a conclusion, but here's some initial thoughts.
It's a nice bike, lighter than my steel bike but not quite as snappy. It doesn't feel as fast, but Strava says speed is more or less the same. It feels like a monster truck in comparison. I definitely notice the long chainstays and overall wheelbase.
Will be swapping out the stem for something a bit longer for sure, as well as lowering the stack height by 10-20mm.

Hey there, I made this paint job myself. Here's a quick parts rundown:

I thought there was something funny with the groupset as I could see it was TRP levers but I couldnt see a cable to the derailleur. Sram Blips tucked in - nice. Thats actually a pretty cheap setup for wireless isn't it. What is it 350euro for the derailleur and 100 for a blip? Thats tempting I must say. Actually combine that with the Zeno Hydrolic connectors and you would have a really cheap way of swapping out drop bar for flat bar in about 5 mins. Blip fitted on each bar and just disconnect the hoses, remove bar from stem fit new bar to stem, reconnect hoses and away. This is on my project list now.
 And DIY Paint job - thats lovely mate. Really like everything about this. Just different.

Thanks! It's a bit cheaper than a full SRAM set for sure, but not much. Those hydraulic connectors are a good idea.
If you end up getting a set of these TRP levers, you'll see that they come with their own coupler, but I don't think it's technically meant to be reconnected without replacing the olive. In practice, I've done it once with no issues. For the purposes of this frame, I removed them to simplify the hose routing process.

Hello, I need help!

Would like to order this frame from Tan Tan, but hesitate between size 54 and 56. Am 181cm myself and my inseam is 83cm. Physically I am not the most flexible cyclist.

So the saga continues. My frame was initially shipped in April, arrived in my country in May but due to a fuck up by the norwegian postal service it was shipped to the other side of the country, and when they finally realised what they had done they managed to return it to Seraph instead of sending it to me. Super annoying and it resulted in me having to pay twice for shipping as they (postal service) said only the sender could request a refund. Shit, ok I'll pay again as Jessi said this would be a big hassle and I just wanted the frame asap.

Cue to today, I finally got the notification that the package had arrived and was ready for pick up. Drive straight to the post office and my heart sank when I saw the package. A huge hit on a corner. I hoped for the best but when I inspected the frame there is severe damage in the head set, and the frame is likely just garbage now. Sent Jessi an e-mail right away and am hoping for a quick reply as it's been four months since ordering and I really don't want to wait until the season is over before getting a new one.

What do you think? Bearings won't even go in and regardless I wouldn't dare to ride it with this crack. I feel it inside the head set too, so it's probably worse than it looks too..

So I wanted to add the Redshift Suspension Stem and Kitchen Sink bar to the bike which meant removing the integrated bar that came with the bike and obviously then the headset that matches that bar.
So I needed a headset that had an exit for the brake hoses.
Ordered the “Ritchey Upper Logic-E Comp Cartridge Drop In 1.5 IS52/28.6” - quite the mouthful 😂
Anyway it fit fantastic and did exactly what I needed it to do. Pics attached for anyone looking for similar solution.
I ordered the spacers separate, cheap add on, and I’ve left them all in for now until I dial in the fit. And the split fully in half for easy add/remove without having to disconnect hoses.

Anyone riding a SRAM DUB Wide crankset with a 46T chainring? What chainline are you getting and how many spacers do you have on the drive side?
