how much are people torquing the stem where it clamps onto the steerer for the integrated handlebars? I did mine at 5nm but I was getting some clicking sounds coming from there when riding out of the seat going uphill. now tightened it to 6nm and its quiet but worried that 6nm might be too much

For anyone interested, I mailed Tantan. These are the Torque values for the GR201

handlebar=8-10nm
saddle clamp=4-5NM
seatpost clamp=8-10NM
rear hanger=3NM
Bottle cage hole=3NM
thru axle =9-13NM
headset expander=8-10NM

10 Nm for Handlebar and Seatpost clamp sound inconventionally high... Usually, 5-6 Nm with carbon grip paste ist enough

Similarly the 10nm for headset expander also seems high. I think ill just leave my handlebars at 6nm as that seems to be enough, seat post is also currently at 6nm and not slipping so no need to increase that either

I believe the frame is open mould and made/sold under slightly different model names:

Long Teng GV201
Tideace GV201
Tan Tan GR201

Hello,

has anyone tried integrating a lamp with a switch and power bank? It would be nice if the power bank could be placed in the frame like on the Rose Backroad.
The lamp is a Supernova Pro Mini with high beam.

Should be no problem. The only thing you need is a handlebar that allows cable guiding under the bar like on the photo for the lamp cable.

I ordered the Lexon Unox. I'll measure it when my frame arrives. I don't see any problem with the cables, but I do with the power bank.

Why? Just buy one that fits into downtime storage and you have to find something to fix it inside the frame.

Since the supernova supports 12V, you could use a 3S LiPo battery pack, used for model cars. As long as it fits into downtube storage.

That's right. But it also has to be a power bank (with Power Delivery and 12v output). It should also have 20,000 mAh so that it lasts at least 10 hours in normal light.

Edit: Okay, these 3S LiPo battery packs are clearly too weak. So it should be at least a 10,000 mAh or, better yet, a 20,000 mAh battery.
