What pads are people liking with these? Just ordered a pair.

Swiss stop 34RS, SRAM, and MTX Red have all worked well for me.

Mine are 6 bolt rather than Centerlock.  The title of the thread is IIIPro Rotors, No differentiation of centerlock or 6-bolt mounting. I commented on my IIIPro floating rotors that have worked well to date.

I got 2 pairs of 160mm in blue which matches my bikes. They offer plenty of bite especially with my JuinTech ETF (4 pistons) road brakes due to plenty of braking material on the rotor.
Also, I switched the default Juintech brake pads for SwissStop 27- organic pads. They really stop well too.

Just spent 3 days in Mallorca with these 160mm rotors including descends down San Salvador monastry and Sa Colabra mountain. Both brake calipers are Juin-Tech ETFs with SwissStop 27 resin pads (Yellow).

The rotors did not warp or fade under extreme descending for both cases. Also there was no brake squeal probably due to proper alignment helping out. Braking feel was absolute and sure, firm and responsive. Though not a great descender, it gave me immense confidence to deal with the very long descends, especially from the top of Sa Colabra until the coast line.

These rotors held true and performed so well that I ordered 2 new ones for the next replacements.

I can kinda relate. Installed this https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/S69b7786428564bfa997bbf2c9f0a2941j.jpg centerlock rotor a few days ago and it just doesn't have a bite at all, only noise. When i install the old bucklos rotor back i can easily go over the bars if wanted. The rear 180 disc stops me better than the 203 front.

They look light, but AliExpress weights are usually... optimistic.

I have a pair in 160 mm, and while don't remember the exact weight i know they where close to the advertised one (a couple of grams above or bellow)

Mine were 98g and 114g respectively plus 10g each for the lockrings. Used with Shimano R8170 calipers and L05A resin pads on steep, technical, if fairly short road descents and they've been as good as gold.

Just swapped them out for Galfer Waves to trim a few grams and I'll be happy if the Galfers are nearly as good.

Their fine after 1000km. Haven't done long descents on them yet but they feel like any other decent rotor.

Slight update: Put the rotor on a belt sander to rough up the surface and now the ceramic pads grip into it like the old rotor.

These rotors are marked on the surface with note -  "Resin Pad only". So not sure if your problem could have been exerbated by using ceramic pads or a case of misalignment/breaking in.

Rough up the rotor surface with sand paper and check the pads for contamination.
