Nope. I'm still looking both seem like great options to me, though. I'm also now interested in that mullet frame that I started a thread on. But no one has commented, so I guess no one else is interested in it. As far as the other frames, I'm not sure if I like the 5 or 6 more

Hopefully the Chinese frames start adopting geometry more like this frame. Steeper seat tube angles, etc

I think they already do.  Just talked a while to sift through the enormous amount of frames to find the modern frame.

I was pretty pumped when I saw that vid pop up on my feed. But the vid felt weird. He was complaining about odd things being extremely nit-picky. The stem is too sharp? The saddle smells chemically? And then he obviously didn't pay attention when ordering the cassette and cranks. And what was with measuring the head angle on the uneven head tube? Just measure it on the fork stanchions. This vid felt like it went out of its way to complain as much as possible. I was hoping for a fair assessment.

I love it but it's a heavy bike ~39lb. I think I could significantly reduce the weight with higher-quality wheels. However, after three months of heavy use, no complaints so far.

With the recent deals on Aliexpress I was thinking about buying this frame to swap all my trail hardtail parts on it. I wanted to know a couple of things about it.

• How does it ride in general? Any complaints?
• How did the frame hold up? Any weak parts/bearings?
• Does it fit 64mm WAM tires? How much do your assegais measure?
• What was the width for the lower bushings?
• How much seatpost insertion there is? I would like to ride a 170mm dropper all the way in in my M size frame

I've been riding the B2 now for about 8mths in size large.
It's very good, running it with a manitou mara comp gen2 (self-equalising Aircon)
Dnm tru-3 shock is comes with is garbage unless you grind out the main piston.
Same issue as the rcp3 shock, where there is no rebound shim oil flow path.

Back to the B2.... Tyres it comfortably fits schwalbe eddy current 29*2.5 on 30mm Id rims.
Mud guard clearance is a bit tight, so I prefer Nobby nic or hans dampf 2.35s.

Cable routing out of the head tube is painful when building/replacing but doesn't actually rattle around much.
Paintwork is good, and durability is very good pivot bolts have reasonable coverage to stop the worst dirt ingress on the bearings.
Seat post depth allows a 210mm one-up post to be inserted with only 10mm shaft showing.
My other transx 200mm post has to have 30mm exposed.

Very playful bike to ride, with active suspension.
No complaints at all here.

For those who have this frame, what about pedal efficency with 150 mm rear travel?
Is a very heavy frame?
I've seen some antiaquat chart and not seems very high.
