These are not open mold frames in the sense that they are sold to other brands. As far as I know Arc8 is the only place to buy these, they just bought the design from someone else.

I use this frame (labelled as Müsing Aviator), and ride with tires that measure 32mm. There's still more than enough clearance, and a bit wider tires would be possible.

IIRC, Musing has operated under the Focus brand for at least 10 years now.

The ARC8 Escapee, is not an open mold, it was the first frame from ARC8 developed by Jonas Müller, the Mold was sold to some small brands, and that was the financial start for ARC8.
