tested the virtual cog today, worked pretty much flawlessly out of the box after pairing (on Zwift) - however with the 12% setting I had not enought gearing (uphill not small enough and not big enough for sprinting)... I'll test the 8% setting in the next days, however I think that I'll only be changing gears then because it seems to only add more gears (however I'd need a bigger jump between the gears, not more gears  ???)

I guess I'll wait on the update then... IMO they need to make a setting inside the app to change the steps when doing the gear changes, that would pretty much fix all issues (because in reality you can only ride on the small chainring on the front, no matter which size)

with bike control do you unbind the controller from the trainer first?

Sorry but i'm going to need help on this one. I've downloaded thinkrider tools app, updated both the VS200 and X2  (i think) and pressed about every button in the app with no luck. LED flashes but it doesn't seem to change resistance at all. Does anyone have detailed steps for a retard?

you need to pair them under controller settings -> choose bike trainer (and then click on the button if I remember correctly)

Thank you. I did that a bunch of times and it always gave me "failed" for some reason until it didn't. I got it to work but will try it for real tonight, but I can most definitely already say the buttons are straight up garbage. Zero tactile feel, mushy as it gets and difficult to know whether you've actually pressed it

Hello!

I received my X2 Max yesterday, but I have a question: the further I shift towards the smallest cog (the one on the outside, the 'hardest' gear), the more I feel my bike vibrating/rumbling. Is this something you’ve experienced as well? (I'm running a 2x12 speed setup).

For now, I’ve enabled virtual shifting on Zwift and I'm staying in the middle of my cassette to avoid it, but I’m not sure if I’m just being paranoid. When I say 'vibrating,' it’s quite noticeable, I can really feel it in my feet.

Thanks!
