for those who have seen my white factor in the other thread, known for its smooth interal layup. The same seller has listed out his high end SL8 replica with replica darimo handlebar and seatpost
the weight is sub 700g for a size 54 painted frame, do note there will not be s-works/specialized decals.

he is selling it for 7000rmb including postage within china
wechat contact: ofo901
do note he is not selling on either taobao/aliexpress, so you will have to sort out the payment(he only accepts alipay transfer) and shipping (a forward shipper to ship your frame from the designated warehouse to your location)
How heavy is that frame as the weight is obscured.
Regarding the Gen SL8, I’ve never seen a sub-700g painted frame in size 54cm—every one I’ve come across has been over 700g, with the RTP (Ready-To-Paint) finish typically being the lightest. There’s also the well-documented SL8 thread on Weight Weenies that supports this.
As for the fake Darimo seatpost at 134g—nothing impressive there. My genuine 350mm Darimo post comes in at just 104g. When I receive the TanTan frame, I plan to modify the supplied post by cutting it down and swapping out the cradle and bolts; I should be able to hit that weight easily.
I also own a Gen SL8 that came in at exactly 700g—even after custom paint job, it still weighed the same.
On the topic of fake Darimo handlebars: how heavy are those, really? I’ve looked into genuine Darimo bars, which usually weigh between 220g and 240g, but there have been a few reports of failures that made me hesitant. If Darimo’s own bars are having quality concerns, I doubt a lightweight Chinese replica would be any better or safer.
