I have the Spcycle R088 but use an SL8 seat post. On that basis, the SPCycle R088 0 offset seat post should fit the SL8. Image attached (not sure how to post links from mobile app).

Hylix made a 365mm of theirs, which is much lighter, but I can't find one currently.

I got a Hy seatpost for the SL8 off Ali. 310mm 15 or 0 offset  Superlight but don't know if it will fit yet since my X68 frame is on the way!
So...useless comment at the moment

I think you're right-that's a very confusing ad. The zero offset they're showing is compatible with the Roubaix sl8, why they combined the ad with the 15 degree Tarmac sl8 leads to confusion. The Tarmac zero offset uses the Roubaix style clamp, so without looking carefully at the ad I was confused.
The Roubaix post is shaped like an sl6 and doesn't fit an sl8.

Finally finished the X68 build.

Here's a rundown of the parts:

My specs: 5'-7" tall, 29.5" inseam (170.2 cm tall, 74.9 cm inseam)

Frame: X68 size 52
Handlebars: EXS Aerover 40x90
Wheelset: Shimano Ultegra WH-R8170 C50
Groupset: Shimano Ultegra 12 speed
Crankset: Shimano Ultegra 52/36, 170mm
Chain: Shimano Ultegra 12 speed
Saddle: Specialized Romin
Pedals: Look Keo 2 Carbon
Handlebar tape: PRO Race Comfort
Tires: Continental Gatorskin 28mm
Tubes: Tubolito TPU

Overall weight is 7.8 kg or 17lb 5oz - a little heavier than I expected.

Had a couple issues with the build.  As stated in an earlier post, the opening in the supplied handlebar did not fit the fork steerer tube.  I opted to use the EXS Aerover that I had ordered a while ago and never used.  Installing the Di2 wire to the rear derailleur took a little effort, there was/is some sort of obstruction in the chainstay and it took a little time with the Park Tool internal routing kit to squirrel the wire around the obstruction.  The other real pain in the A$$ was the front derailleur mount.  It must have not been manufactured correctly or the mounting location on the seat tube was not aligned properly.  When I mounted the front derailleur and tightened it to the correct torque, the cage was angled outward or away from the chainring/frame.  Once I bent the derailleur hanger back (toward the rear wheel), the front derailleur installed perfectly and the small set screw was able to be used to align with the chainring.  Shifts great now. I did have to bend it three times total to get it correct, I didn't want to bend it too much, so small bends until correct.

Other than that, the bult was fairly straight forward.  Bottom bracket threaded all the way in by hand, then torqued to specs.  Brake mounts were not faced, but not a big deal to me.  A little brake rub, but not a deal breaker.

This is the 7th bike build for me, and was a little more challenging than the others (2013 Cervelo R3, 2015 Specialized Tarmac SL5, 2017 Giant TCR Advanced Pro, 2020 Scott Addict RC, 2021 BMC Teammachine, 2022 Trek Emonda SLR).

Is this a custom color? Whats the price for a custom color paint at seraph? I´m thinking of ordering a matt one and custom paint it myself (depends on the price)

Regarding assembly: none of above 2 bikes have/had any issue at all. Neither with cable routing, neither with facing of brake calippers.  The guy that assemblied bikes was actually impressed about the quality of the frame. He stated, that many original brands are much worse in terms of assembly.
On 1st bike stem bolts were oxidised after 2-3 rides and they have sent me replacement.
On 2nd bike, they have sent me silver stem screw which really does not fit to black handlebar. But also that was replaced by them as well.
One more thing that is noticable is that both bikes were ordered same color (white pearl) but mine is far more »snow« white than my son's. Paint guy must have had bad day=) But still, they both look great.
Regarding ride & handling:
The 44 size bike was used by my son. He did aprox 4.000km in 2025, mostly racing. He even crashed 3 times this season, but there is no damage to the frame at all (not counting small scratch at rear axle:/)

I owned  S-works Tarmac SL5 disc before. Meaning I am not switching from some bad bike to X68, but still the difference is noticable.
X68 is more stiff (probably also due to thruaxle system instead of QR and SL5 being used for 9 seasons) especially in front end, but at the same time also more comfortable (also switch from 25mm to 30mm tyres does the job).

Haven't done many rides yet, so that's what I can tell so far.
