As of today, I have 58 items in my cart that I hope will have significantly lower prices on 11-11.    None of these items were discounted much, if any, during the choice days, versus the prices I have been tracking.   I have only 4 larger ticket items that are bicycle related.  Overall, not very many bicycle parts, versus other items I have been watching.     

We will see on the 8th to 9th what 11-11 will offer us regarding discounts.   I get the feeling that China has ran through most of its overstocked items earlier in the year.

Do vendors actually reduce prices significantly? For me the 11.11 has always been about coupons + 3 off every 30. I break my purchases in sections so that I hit the coupon threshold exactly or a few dollars above but never by a lot.
I don't care if they reduce the price or not as in general I end up paying less on 11.11 compared to any other Choice Day sale. The only thing that I pay attention to is if someone hiked the prices before sale. Almost every item that I have in my cart is more or less the same price as it was last month and I don't see it changing for 11.11. Bigger items that I have in my cart A mini velo wheelset from Litepro, a 700c CSC wheelset and Shimano MTB drive train parts (XT, SLX). Apart from this, many other small bits. I compared prices from last year (XT brakes and Deore groupset) and those are still the same today give or take.

For the brakes and groupsets I just compared my last year's purchases from 11.11. There are some trackers for Aliexpress that (apparently) don't work well I think its called Aliprice which is an app. Here is one more, without having to install :

I saw prices start inflating a couple of months ago. I know almost exactly when it happened because I had my eye on some lightweight 12sp gravel cassettes that ALL seemed to jump in price around the same time. I kept waiting for them to go back down and they didn't. Finally a couple of them dropped down to the same levels as they were and I bought 2 and used some coupons so I got a nice little savings.

With "gravel cassettes" you mean 1x? So like 11-4x range? Or which ones are you referring to?

I do a combination of things. 
1.  I review the prices on my Aliexpress purchased item history, for the same items, to compare to current prices.
2.  I keep items in my cart that I am interested in and hope to eventually purchase.  I take screen shots of the items and their prices that are saved by the date of the screen shot.
3.  I keep a list of items in an Excel spread sheet where I list consumable items that I use up fairly fast.  (Not just Eliexpress items, but all online sales and listing where I find good prices for items.)

Hope this helps give you guys with price tracking ideas.

So it looks like we will see these vouchers coming from AliExpress for the 11.11. single days sale which have a different value/threshold than the regular choice day vouchers. If you wanna try to do some shopping basket pre-planning

I expect the same vouchers to be available for USD as well. However keep in mind, the Euro vouchers do work for USD purchases as well and will often give a better value if you can hit the thresholds.

Looks like 11.11 would give me 3€ less than the 11CD15 code if the codes wont work like last year.

Don't forget to add store coupons as well. Also it wouldn't hurt to ask a seller for a lower custom coupon deal. I've been offered those before that aren't advertised on the seller storefront.

This is gonna be a tough one. The cast magnesium frame is 25€ more expensive with 11.11 coupons than it was on mega choice day.
