Here's a couple more paint jobs I've done!
First one is not a road bike, but still a custom paint job. 
I painted this helmet for my girlfriend. Painted with alcohol inks on a white base. Finished with regular 1k clear and wet sanded and buffed.

The bike is my old Velobuild 177. I can't quite remember, but I don't think I used any primer on this one...just scuffed up the original finish (probably 600 grit) and went to town on it.
The frame is painted with Spray.Bike Frame Builder's Copper. For the matte finish I applied a couple thin coats of matte 2k clear coat, lightly sanded to smooth everything out, then applied a final thin matte 2k coat.
The fork is painted with Montana Anthracite, finished with 2k clear and wet sanded/buffed.
The bars are The One Pro, repainted in black, finished with 2k clear and wet sanded/buffed.
My cousin now rides this bike built up with Rival XPLR. We're currently working on repainting it, updates coming soon.

I painted my Carbonda CFR707 with Montana cans over a 2k primer, followed by a 2k clearcoat. Lots of sanding in between.


It was supposed to be dark blue, but it ended up rather purple.


It hasn't held up all that well - there are quite a few chips. I probably should have used coarser sandpaper between coats to give better adhesion.

 Here is a few. The Master I only fixed a couple chips. Luckily for me they were only on the black areas so it was easily blocked out and blended. I think all the colors on the bikes are hand mixed by "feel" and NOT according to a chart. All decals designed and printed using photoshop and applied or painted myself.

That Bob Jackson bike is a work of art. I really dig the chrome lugs and the finishing kit. Love the Elite tubulars. Also the Moser is mint! I love the drilled brake levers and white bar tape.

 Thank you. The Bob Jackson is special to me. While was restoring it I met a person that was working for them during the late1970 when mine was being built, which also is when I was born. I have upwards of 20K kms on each of them now and still look great.

I'm not as fancy as you guys, but I just did my first repaint and rebuild of an older 2017 carbon cx/gravel frameset. I opted for salmon/rustic pink in matte. All my current frames are glossy, so I wanted something different. This frame originally came with external brake cabling, but I I did a bit of filing to convert it to semi-internal and I also converted it to accommodate a full shift cable line all the way to the rear derailleur. It originally used shift cable stoppers and internal plastic guide tubes. I found running a 1x setup with big cassette, shifting was compromised with that type of cable setup.

Not a road bike but this was my DIY paint job on my Light Carbon LCFS911 MTB. It's Porsche British Racing Green. All branding was stenciled and everything 2k clear coated. Forks are FOX 32's sanded, primed and painted to match.
