All from DEDA.
So you used the 56mm headset cover that came with the Superbox stem and you didn't need any specific adapters, right?

That's correct. Only the DEDA compression ring was too high and My mechanic used a lower ring (I think Kocelvo) to reduce the gap between the frame and the fork.

Hello from my side,

After reading and benefiting from all the insights here, I can now post a short middle-term review. Overall, I am super pleased with the bike and the build.

Here are the specs:

Size: 54 metallic frame (I believe it's colour 3)
Seatpost: Zero offset
Headset/Stem: Fully integrated FSA Headset and SMR Stem
Handlebar: Balugoe, 36.5cm wide
Shifters: 105 Di2
Derailleurs: Ultegra Di2 rear and front
Cranks: Magene PES P505 Powermeter, 165mm
Chainrings: Spécialités TA
Cassette: ZTTO 11-34
Wheelset: Tagoola Aeroraptor (60mm deep, 23mm internal, UD-Satin finish, 5mm bladed carbon spokes, 1260g)
Tires: Continental GP5000 S TR, 30mm
Saddle: Fizik

The bike just fits like a glove and rides super well. I was skeptical if the wheels would be problematic in crosswinds, but so far they perform better than expected. The communication and build process went without any problems.
I love that so many details are now standardized: UDH, BSA BB, and the headset. I first installed a Kocevlo integrated handlebar but felt it was too soft; I believe most of the movement came from the top headset cover. After switching to the FSA headset/stem combination, it felt totally different. I now have much more confidence in the bike and the build.

Super happy with the bike, the only problem is that I genuinely don't know what to upgrade now!

Done! ;D

Well nearly done  ;)

Large 56cm, gloss gel coat over raw carbon, 2x12 fully wireless Wheeltop EDS TX, Lexon cranks, Xcadey PM, Ryet wheels & saddle, TPU, Michelin 28s. <6.8kg ex pedals and cages.

Rides great! I sorted the fork issues and I'm happy with position and all the kit choices, just need to stop a rub on the rear brake disc and front mech and she'll be perfect!

Beautiful. Do you have any other photos? I want to get it too and I was undecided about the color, whether it's like yours or Chamaleong purple matte.

Does anyone use Ridenow inner tubes with metal valves https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005007306513500.html?
How do you find them, any issue?

Only this one, weather is pretty mid right now. It definetly shines in the sun and varies in colour, i have the matte metallic finish. Looks awesome but also you can see every drop of dirt or dried fluid on there.

A bit of an offtopic in this thread, no? :D

But yea, I do use them, used both the pink version and currently running the black one. They are great.

I want to buy it for my R088 so I thought it was in topic hahaha sorry mate

Are you sure with this bearings? They have internal angle of 36 degrees. On the top it depends but on the fork side it schould be 45 or i am missing something?

I am actually not sure which bearings i used, could be that i used the ones that came with the frame, the only thing you actually need is the FSA C-Ring and the FSA Top Cover. If you can get only these parts seperately this also might be cheaper..

The RideNow ones are OK, I've used a number of those. Avoid Gustavo, I got some cheap on Aliexpress and have had 2 from 2 failures

I'm trying to decide which color to order for the frame. I'm not sure whether to try a metallic paint finish or just play it safe and order it in UD raw carbon glossy. Do you have any real photo references for glossy metallic color finishes? I tried asking David, but he didn't respond and aside from this reply in the thread, I couldn't find much.
