I have just received my package et here is my review :

In one word : Perfect.

They answered to all my questions and if they are offline, I used their chat and they replied quickly after being online.

The package was very well protected (picture) and they sent quickly the package. Delivery was also smooth.

Inside the box, all components were well protected. The Di2 battery is from january 2025 so very recent. It is also a very good thing.

I strongly recommand CycleGears, you will not be disappointed.

order a bigrock bike frame, from order date to delivery took 7 weeks. Shipping is slower than panda podium but prices are cheaper. I would buy it from the website again.
