Full suspension Fat Bike frame for DIY E-Bike/Moped - Project

Hello,

I'm planing on doing a DIY E-Bike/Moped Project and I'd like to use a full suspension fat bike frame as the base.
I built an E-Skateboard in the past but am new to the world of mtbs/ sports bikes.

This steel frames dimensions are what I'm looking for. I especially like the U-shaped rear triangle as I'll need some space to mount a large enough sprocket (light motorcycle chainring) and chain without the frame interfering.

I don't plan on sending it sky high over ramps at the mtb park. I mainly plan to use it for gravel roads, dirt paths with roots, puddles etc. sometimes up or down a small mountain but no high speed DH descents.

Still the built should produce about 8kw peak power and on flat terrain I'd like to be able to get up to speed.

Is it a big safety gamble? I'd probably only purchase the frame and buy all components off AliExpress since I need specific hubs for the rear anyways.

I tried finding out who manufactures this frame.
On a lot of offers the frame has "Gunsnroses" printed on it. Some version have a extra small tube
connecting the seat tube and top tube.

I found the frame alone for around 220 USD however offers with complete bikes that seem to use the identical or almost identical looking frame go for as low as 200 on "Made in China" and as much as 1600 on Amazon.
