any hydraulic fluid works on Shimano brakes.
You can use LHM Citroen (very popular) or light suspension fluid (2,5wt) but if you want the Shimano original oil at good prices go to Shell Tellus oil C8

My brother loves Squirt Seal, tells me it's pretty cheap. Although seeing him faff about with setting up new tires will keep me using TPU.
