I bought 2 wheelsets from Matter and put about 1500km between them. There is nothing bad to report about use, they work great. Windy descents on 50mm front feels like my body will never be recovered but that's my problem.

However I'm not impressed with the QC and I felt like I should at least let people know.
Initial communication was great, tiny mistranslations but very fast responses to emails. Shipping is what it is, dpd blows but I eventually received them one week apart:
First wheelset had no tubeless valve at all. Not preinstalled, not in the box. Despite the paper claiming they double checked and ticked off "tubeless tape and valve installed". Since the other wheelset took another week to get there I emailed to ask if 1. this was normal and if 2. the other wheelset would have a tubeless valve. My email took a few days to get an answer as opposed to 12 hours max before purchase, so I wasted 10 bucks ordering 2 pairs on ali. I was eventually sent an AE link to buy "spare/replacement parts" for a dollar which wasn't refunded automatically, I had to appeal to aliexpress.
The tension had one noticeably uneven spoke on the rear (. They were true so I don't mind much but why not take a minute it takes an experienced builder to make it from decent to great?
The second wheelset came, the tension sheet was good and they also ticked off the "tubeless valve INSTALLED" QC box. It was supplied this time, but not installed, in a plastic bag. A toddler could install a tubeless valve so it's all good, but why tick "installed" when you didn't? Is somebody really looking at my wheelset or do you pre print ticked off QC sheets?
And finally, none of the endcaps on either wheel had any grease at all. Completely dry. Again not a big deal, it takes 5 minutes to grease 8 endcaps but I thought this was a problem of the past for chinese wheels? Many people could have easily overlooked greasing them, I only opened them out of curiosity
It would also be nice to get a spare spoke or 2 in my opinion, as many people asked above.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase, the wheels are fine. I'm being nitpicky but between greasing everything myself, emailing twice to ask about missing valves and the suboptimal QC, these tiny details add up to a not overwhelmingly positive experience. I don't regret it as none of these were dealbreakers at all, but I would be a little hesitant to truly recommend or buy again from tagoola, even if the end product is seemingly great

I'm not sure if the uneven tension of the rear spokes was reported in the QC sheet or if you noticed it after checking the wheel tension.
Another thing I'm not sure I understand is what you mean by "endcaps." Could you post a photo of the parts you greased?

It always takes around 2-3 weeks for them to ship the wheels. I bought 2 pairs of them and wait the approx’ time that I mention. Then you have to wait around 1.5 weeks to receive the wheels depending on where you live. In Canada, it took 1.5 weeks and no taxes at the reception.

Will be replacing some almost identical Farsports Hypers (same rim profile, 50mm deep, 24mm internal) so should be a good comparison of whether carbon spokes feel any different. Seller is also very helpful on WhatsApp despite all my annoying questions!

Followup and first impressions:

I received the wheel set a few days ago. I ordered a set of PRO 2.0 wheels from the Tagoola Aliexpress store. The listing said it was a clearance sale, so it was listed for ~$340 USD. Picked it up for ~$285 USD all-in after using coupons (used the $90 off $599 coupon - also bought a Magene powermeter  ).

Overall finish of the wheelset is good (amazing for what I paid for). Shipping box arrived undamaged to Canada. However packaging within the box could be slightly improved. I believe the wheels were rubbing into each other causing some superficial scratches to the rim and hub body. I think a piece of cardboard packed between the wheels would help a lot.

Some notes on the wheels themselves:
- Overall finish is quite good. Coin test sounded very uniform throughout.
- There were some tiny tiny imperfections. Maybe thats why they were on clearance?
- Wheel rims feel quite good in the hands, I can only cause the slightest deflection with my grip strength (see video).
- Final weight is 643g for front and 765g for rear. total 1408g. Within the advertised weight range of 1350+/- 5%.
- Rim tape was installed, tubeless valves inside a separate bubble wrap bag.
- Can confirm hub is a DT Swiss styled 36t ratchet. Reasonably greased, but will be cleaning and re-greasing with my stuff anyways.

I did not get any extra spokes, nor a brake rotor lock ring. But they also gave me a cute 3D printed pedal keychain 

Wont be riding these wheels anytime soon unfortunately, but first impressions are good!

Placed the order last August 29, it was shipped September 5, and then I finally got my wheelset last Tuesday, September 9. So 12 days in total including shipping to Manila

The wheels I got was custom and I think it's a new rim profile for Tagoola as they're not in Aliexpress and their website yet. I just asked Matter if they have my preference and they offered 45mm deep, 26 internal gravel wheels. Got the wheelset for 560usd total including UPS shipping. I got to choose Cxray spokes with brass nipples and I also upgraded the bearings to TPI bearings. Weighed 1510 grams with the rim tape, which is within the mentioned weight range (1440 ± 3%)

Very pleased with my experience dealing with Tagoola and talking to Matter.  Matter was also very accomodating, patient, and responsive whenever I have questions. He might be the quickest to reply out of all the Chinertown and Ali suppliers I was talking to. Their price was one of the cheapest among them - but I'm confident with the quality because their factory is a legit OEM factory. I also have to mention that they have the fastest production time which is just 7 days, compared to others which have 10-25 days. Would definitely recommend especially if you're in a hurry or just want to have your wheels arrive faster

First impressions: finish is nice, rim tape installed, valves provided, extra spokes also provided. Wheels are true and they provided the tension sheet for the wheels. No problems during tubeless setup. I had to add a little more grease to the hubs but that's just my preference.

Tested the wheels for 100km and I'm suddenly hitting PRs on everything - climbs, descent, flats. Tho it maybe because I also changed to faster rolling tires, but the wheels definitely helped. They're stiff and nice. They're also stable on descents, although I can feel some strong winds sometimes, but it's definitely manageable.

I have upcoming gravel rides and races. Will updated maybe after I have 1000-1500km on these

I'm interested in the wheels described. On Aliexpress all have "AERO RAPTOR" logo on it. Since you shared pictures without i wanted to ask if you've removed them or did you contact the seller to ship them without labels? I saw a few with a DAO logo which i liked.

Personally, I love their logo and I ask them to keep it.

It's just a sticker, not under the clear coat, easy to remove.

Pinching the sides of the rims, they do feel a tad more compliant than dura ace 9270 wheels.

The free hub noise is a bit louder and cruder than I’d like. It also has a bit of an oscillation, I suspect from the free hub not being entirely concentric. Overall minor details

Wheels are true. I haven’t double checked their spoke tension calibration sheet yet

The DT structure hub will have some vibration or intermittent feeling in the sound. This is due to the overall structure. If you have any problems with the hubs, please contact me.
