After reading some posts regarding this frameset from I decided to get one for myself. The frameset was purchased from aliexpress for $960 USD and took a total of 21 days from ordering to arrival of the package. Everything was well packed and in pristine condition. The frame pretty much looks like a Cervelo P5 replica with slightly different geometry. Paintjob without logo decal looks great. BB threads and caliper mount areas look ok. The top bearing of the headset doesn't fit inside the integrated cup and sticks out approximately 2mm. It's not going to break anything but they definitely need to pay more attention to small details. I am not a big fan of the stem/cockpit because the armpads don't seem to have lots room for adjustments but the PD ASC clone extensions are still useful. Thus I purchased a separate cockpit. The build will be Shimano 12-speed ultegra di2 and tt shifters. Here is the list of components and cost.

Frameset: Winowsports TT119 size 54 $960
Groupset: Shimano Ultegra R8170 hydraulic (165mm crank+ 11-30 cassette) + Di2 9180 levers/9160 bar end shifters + cables/junctions  ~$2300
Cockpit: Vision Metron TFA $820
Wheels: Yeoleo SAT C60 DB SL $1049
Tires: Pirelli P Zero Race TLR 30 $150
Saddle: Fizik transiro aeris long distance $140

I didn't know that when I ordered so this ends up with me paying another $600 for a reasonable cockpit. Winow sells the cockpit alone for $400. I have tririg cups so this HB052 won't be the best option either.

Om the bag with all the parts for mounting the fork to the frame, it was provided two thin metal rings (looks like 1mm spacers). What Are these for?

I noticed them too but I did not find them necessary for the fork assembly. Due to tolerance issues I bought an FSA top bearing and the top cap is flush against the frame afterwards.

This post was broken before the forum was moved to the new server. Now I finally regain access to it. I completed the build not soon after posting about the frameset. This is only my 2nd TT/triathlon bike so I can't define how it performs. Other than those glitches on the frame, it rides like a triathlon bike and has decent straight line stability. 30c tubeless tires also make it less harsh on the terrible roads with cracks. The cable routing on this frame is somewhat awkward because the fork is full internal routing and yet the headset does not support it. Thus the front brake hose can only exit from the hole on the top tube along with the rear brake hose. Hope they can improve the design of cable routing. Here's how it looks before I finalized the build with the chain.
