I've been running the 50mm (23mm ID) ones with the d272 hub and 54 teeth ratchets on my gravel bike for ~1800km.
At around a ~1000km mark, I heard a loud metallic bang from the rear hub when starting to peddal from a standstill - but since everything worked fine right after I didn't even bother to check...
Now at around a 1800km I finally took the hub apart to regrease and inspect - and there is clearly some damage on the ratchet wheels themselves. I contacted the CSC seller through aliexpress and they said they'd send me a new 36T ratchet for 10 euros. Only thing I'm worried about is the fact that the main damage seems to be on the side large cogs not the small ratchet teeth as one would expect, I don't see why the 36T wouldn't have the same problem in this sense - or maybe it depends on the QC and batch variation - as in some dutch forums (I'm not dutch but was lead there when i was doing research on the CSC wheels) they are reporting 5k+ kms with no issues.
To be fair to CSC, besides the ratchets everything else has been flawless - I've taken them down gnarly paths and bumps, and in terms of construction they have my full belief.
