Hi,
Thanks so much for your responses and sorry for my delayed reply.
Here are my asnwers:

Thanks for letting me know about the chain ring and crank clearance!
As for the rear deralleur ground clearance: yes, I share your concern. I have two other custom-built bikes: a Waltly titanium gravel bike with a 1x setup using said 10-52t Garbaruk cassette and a SRAM AXS GX Eagle long cage rear derailleur, plus a VeloBuild aero bike, also with a 1x setup using a Garbark 10-44t cassette alongside a SRAM Force AXS XPLR rear derailleur.
So I was able to measure the extension length of both cages when on the largest sprockets and - in theory - both would clear the ground with 451 wheels (which I will run with the new Schlwabe SX-R 30-451 race tires).
Nevertheless it's true that the 10-52t cassette might leave very little ground clearance. I'll test and see. I'm prepared to sacrifice a bit of range and go with the XPLR cassette / rear derailleur instead. 10-44t is still a wide range.

I was afraid you'd say that

But that might help decide to go into the direction I had in mind anyway: going disk brake in the rear and rim brake in front, to save weight, for better front brake cabling, and to easier pack the bike.
I'm thinking about this combo:

https://www.sram.com/en/sram/models/ec-blip-b1Do you think this stem and fork would work with the frame? I'd assume that 112 mm steerer tube length would work given a head tube length of 95 mm? Or would I need to go 122 mm?

Thanks, very good info to know!
I actually have two more questions:
#4:
I was trying to get all these answers directly from Kabon, but they don't seem to be very responsive. I contacted them via the AliExpress message center through their AliExpress store (no response), by email at kabon@kabonbike.com (no response) and via the WhatsApp number they have on their website +86 130 6688 7269 (no response).
Do you know of a better way to contact them about technical questions?
#5:
Do you know if the hole in the fork crown of the stock Kabon fork would actually allow for the installation of a caliper brake?
Thanks,
Martin
