Sorry all - I was away from the board for a few days.
Gavin is the sales director, and the person in the MyBikeParts video tour.

I'm very happy that he shared the data so I could make the best decision for me. I do have some body asymmetry that might be creating an imbalance on some bikes and challenge bike stability in certain demanding situations. I hate to put too much blame on the bikes that other folks seem to ride without problems.
 
Gavin reported that the data in below table is an average number among many frames, so I expect that they tested various sizes. Here are the raw test results comparing a standard bike vs the two LCR018-D versions. Units of measurement are not reported, but I see from some references that N/mm are used to measure frame stiffness.

Edit: I was very curious to see how these numbers compare to other bikes. Without a reference it's speculation to how it would "feel" when riding one bike vs the other.
Less stiff, means more compliance. Maybe that's a good thing (more comfort, while still having an efficient and stable platform), maybe that's a bad thing (noodly feeling bike). Like often, it depends..

BB stiffness is so far off that I expect LightCarbon to use their own measuring standard or perhaps that they measure in N/degree or something. 

At least from the headtube stiffness values of this test I'd say both versions (with or without storage) are perfectly fine.

I installed a SRAM Rival XPLR 2025 brake system and needed M5 screws.
However, there are also brake calipers with M6 screws; please check this on your bike yourself.

You needed washers with those 35mm titanium bolts, right? Mine stopped with a 1-2mm gap. I guess the bolts i checked from my canyon was 27mm, not 32mm, because these did not even reach the threads.

I used the 3mm spacer on the drive side. Which gave me enough adjustment room on the non-drive side with the adjustment ring thing (not sure what the official name is) to set the correct preload.

I used the standard SRAM T47 bottom bracket. So not the same as your rotor. But since T47 85.5 should be the same. I think 3 or 3.5 should both work fine. Just try and see what fits best.

Thanks, thorben and Hoogie. But I must admit that the BB manual with its 3.5mm on the none drivetrain side and 6mm on the drive train side didn’t lie. It seems to work fine. I still was able to use the adjustment ring a little bit. I’ll give another notice after finishing the build.

Can a made to order bag with a length of 11” fit inside the frame storage? I have this Topeak pump Roadie Dax 10.3” in length never fails me so i need to carry it during rides still using TPU tubes. Thanks

AFAIK there is only one type of bag, you could order and fit 2 of those. In theory, there is enough space for a long pump, BUT it's not easy to get long things into it, because of the angle, it will get wedged, also depends on the diameter of your pump. For example a full bag with a small stiff mini pump is very hard to fiddle inside already (Length: About 22.5 CM, Diameter: About 3 CM), this kind of pump just fits one bag and is in my downtube storage at the moment (the Manometer is beyond useless, otherwise works great).

I just fitting a 12" ruler in and it went in without trouble or interference of the BB.
However, as mentioned, it may depend on the width of your pump. My ruler is flat (2D shape).

I am also 185cm with 86cm inseam riding a size 58 lcr018-d for a few weeks now. I'm using a zero offset post, 120mm stem, and 20mm of spacers. I'm very comfortable on it so far, happy I didn't go with a 56. I like the long and high setup.

I am about to pull the trigger but and going back and forth between the 56 and the 58.  I have a velobuild 168 in the 58 and I had to use a 90cm stem and feel a little stretched out.  Looking at the geometry the LC in 58 is about the same (9mm reach difference) but higher stack (about 25mm). The 56 is kind of the opposite oddly enough with a close stack height (6mm difference higher) to the 168 but bigger difference in reach (16mm shorter)

I’m 187cm with 86cm inseam.

That said, my flexibility is kinda crap in that I cannot touch my toes. I have the gravel Planet X Tempest in L with an 100mm stem and feels good.  The LC in 56 is damn near the same stack and reach.  The LC in 58 is pretty much the same reach but has an 18mm higher stack.

So, for an endurance bike I’m not sure which is the right option.  Open to hearing opinions.

I just got informed by Carol that the price of the Lcr018 will increase next week. For anyone currently thinking about getting a frame now would be the time to save a few $ (don’t know how much).

Imo you should pick the size 54, im 174cm but i picked the size 50 and there still lot of room for the seat post adjustment to raise.

My approach was to try and match the reach and stack of my previous bike using bike-stats.de and make sure to align the bb of the two bikes together for comparison. My previous bike was lower and shorter without considering stem length and headset spacers, so I went with a little longer stem on the lcr018-d (110mm to 120m and about 10mm higher stack (which was actually less spacers overall). I also factored in a zero offset seat post for the lcr018-d because I always felt like I was pedaling too far back from the bb in my old bike.

I did have a bike fit on my previous bike, so I was pretty confident that the 58 lcr018-d was right for me. I'm pretty flexible and my lcr018-d feels a bit better to me fit-wise.
