I initially ordered an all matte black frame but decided to have it painted by LC. \saves a lot of work and it is harder for me to spraypaint a bike in my shed when it is cold.
Hopefully, this is how my frame will turn out—depending on whether the engineers at LC approve the paint job. I’m expecting to hear back from them this week.

It’s based on the Eurobike demo model paint scheme, but with all the "gold" details and decals replaced by Pantone Cool Gray 10C. I’ve also changed the sharp black corner on the front fork into a smoother curve. The frame will feature the bike brand of the wholesale company I work for. We normally only use that brand for our urban and urban E-bikes, but I think it’s a fun touch to have the name on this frame too.

there you are. Depending on where your tire is ballooning / roundness I guess. My tire for example has the maximum diameter at the second spot.

It looks like it validates the estimates RIP and I made based off of the cad drawing.

Just for a frame of reference. Those pro5 35s I previously posted measure 40.5mm @ 40 psi on the 32mm internal, with a 40mm external.
They’ll work no problem for me.

The same tyres on a 25mm internal/32mm external are 37.5mm @ 45psi

On a 20mm internal/ 28 external they’re 35mm @ 48 psi

All rims are hooked

are the bb and brake mount surfaces faced?
should you run the rear brake hose above or below the bb?
should you run a foam liner just to where the headtube starts or in the headtube as well
if you have a wired electronic sytem like di2 or erx should a liner be used on those cables as well?

Is running a foam liner on the outside of the brake hose more of a nice to have than a need to have thing? I have little experience with hydraulic brakes and full internal routing. Just routed a bike, but haven't connected the hoses yet, so I can still manage to put some insulation on them (I think).

Also, I see kits for this on AliX, ZTTO and other brands. Is this an item I can source from elsewhere also (i.e. hardware store or similar) so I don't have to wait for another package from the far east?

- I can’t answer that because I don’t have the frame!
- Here as well, I can’t give a precise answer, but it doesn’t really change much whether it goes underneath or over the top (just do whatever works best). The important thing is to leave some extra length in the hydraulic hose so that you have the freedom to turn the handlebar completely.

- For the sound-dampening tube, I measure from the BB up to almost the top of the head tube.
- I don’t use the sound-dampening tube for electronic wires, only for hydraulic and mechanical shifting cables. However, in some groupsets (campagnolo eps) the connectors are quite large, so in those cases I put a small piece there to avoid noise.

I have a set of 45mm Go-Zone wheels im putting on the LCR018-D for the build - I think they weigh in around 1380g and have brass nipples - will work well as my daily driver wheels as I plan to use the bike more or less every day.
I want to get something a bit more special for the weekend rides and wanted to try to wavy rim profile to see how it copes with crosswinds, so have got the following quote back from Mostsports:

Jagwire makes some that's quite cheap, so I would just get that.
