JensenMacD: That was fast :), looks good. I think that will clamp up nicely around seatpost, even thou that m3 bolt needs to be tighten very lightly just finger tight maybe like 1Nm.

PS: just a little tip, that slot in mount is designed to have a little gap in it, to ensure good clamping pressure around seatpost, so you dont need to clamp it down fully.

I got some photos of my frame size 56 from Chloe before shipping, I think it looks great...

You can't fool me with that Seka Spear!

Beautiful!

I keep seeing different "LightCarbon" graphics and logos. Has LC provided a menu of options they have to you folks to choose from?

I can't make any sense out of their most common headtube logo, though it sort of says "LC" if you turn it upside down.

Yes - one for the top, one for the bottom.

Today I´ve recieved the pictures of my frameset. A bit more colorful then all these black beauties :)
Lets see how the decals shine in daylight - they should have the same color as the dropouts but look a bit darker. In the End, if I cant stand it, Ill get matching ones later on...

Its a 58 - should arrive in the next 15 days

What was the process for them doing your custom graphics? Did you provide vector art?

For the downtube logo there's a new design which is now default, but you can still ask for the old one which is more clean in my opinion.

I received my frame yesterday and started building. Loving it so far, although it's my very first build.
Luckily have a friend to help me out.

Size 56, painted frame out of the box was 1168 grams.
Fork was 469 grams
Seatpost 188 grams

Sneak peak of my frame color included.

Thanks to my dad who has an inspection camera, I took a few photos of inside the frame for people to see. First photo is seatpost, rest are inside the frame. Everything I saw looks really good and clean.

I'm thinking about some very minimal branding, just this, on both sides:

Bike.Man

Could someone print something like the original 3D Titanium Computer Mount from LightCarbon in black? 😄

Bike.Man

Has anyone by any chance replaced their axles with titanium ones and has a link? I can't seem to find the right thing online 😬

Did you run over a full shifter cable from the sti to the rear derailleur when going mech? Does fittings include a stopper in the rear derailleur to minimize usage of shifter outer cable? Thanks btw

Littletitus

I'm running a standard Shimano Optislick outer housing all the way from the shifter to the derailleur! There is no inner stopper or fitting to just run the inner liner on some tubes inside the frame!

That red paint is looking great out in the wild! Is that UK somewhere?

Littletitus

No, I'm from Germany!
