I`ve stripped my old Crankbrothers Double Shot Pedals and powdercoated them in a matching color to the frame... And also the Scews of the front derailleur. 3D Printed a small plate which covers both holes of the Front Derailleur because I`m using a 1x11 GRX! Fits the original screws... Maybe someone else wants to use it...

Out of curiosity, anyone who bought an extra storage bag. Have you tried to see if you can fit both in the frame? Push one down towards the BB and one up? I know frame size would affect this. It would be cool to know if I could squeeze a second bag in the frame and get all my tools in there between the two.

hello, what brake rotors and what size are you using on lcr18. thinking about 180mm front and 160mm rear but I cant find what is the max rotor size. If someone is using 140mm is it enough for allround please?

Wendy sent me several photos for quality control. My interactions with Wendy have been very professional so far.

The lesson in this, for me, is to explicitly ask for QC photos and stipulate that they're not to ship the frame until I've approved them...and to receive verbal acknowledgement of that stipulation.

As long as they used the color you requested it will probably be okay.  I ordered from XMCS and I was concerned about the colors in the pics but when I received it was exactly as I had requested and better than expected.  Lighting in these colors can cause pic colors to be misleading. Hope it works out for you.

So guys... had a blast yesterday because I had a full day of factory tour through LC's halls, including 45min interview with Gavin, seeing QC and ISO-tests. I also met all the names we all recognize from our correspondence, such as Wendy, Carol, Jim, as well as the founder Johnny.
Also saw some of Your framesets in final QC with colorings (Who ordered "Cryogeneix"?) as well as a teaser for 2026... -> Every frame that goes out has the same QC process.
They also told me that all sizes should be in production now. It just takes some time, because the demand for the new models is rather big, and it's still a relatively small shop - intentionally so, to keep the quality high, defects and risk low. Also each frame has like 2h of human labor involved + 2 times baking in the autoclave.
The ISO tests were done in the same room as a Well Known Bike World Tour brand's latest models, (which ofc I am not able to share..) and are assembled in the same building...

Currently sifting through 150gb of footage, so stay tuned, hope i will finish the video soon on my channel - Full English this time!
Also, there will be another factory visit in the next weeks here in China ...

I appreciate the effort you're putting in and I've seen your videos, but I'm still shocked by your limited technical knowledge and remain convinced that you've chosen the wrong size frame 🙄

Therefore, I unfortunately expect little that is truly interesting or informative from the video, and rather a lot of trivial and irrelevant content 😬

But that's just my personal feeling 🤷🏻‍♂️
