Didnt use any spacers. Running a 11-34/52-36. Could there be a spacer missing in the cassette?

This is my rear derailleur, I’m wondering if my UDH from LightCarbon is correctly installed ?

That could actually be the problem: My original hanger was bent. Had some troubles while shifting (but only in the largest and the smallest ring). Replaced it and never had issues again. Forgot to mention that before, I had the problem in January...

I’ve just tried that, but the cassette was correctly installed and it didn’t change anything unfortunately :/

do you have a Park Tool DAG-2.2 hanger alignment tool or such? amazon or ali have cheap alternatives.

has solved couple of shifting issues for me already, to check and correct, if hanger misalligned

Hmmm, mine looks flat on top while yours seems to contour and follow the shape of the stem. I’ll have to follow up with Lightcarbon and see what they say, looks like I just got the wrong part. Luckily I can use a standard round one for the time being and ride the bike but do ultimately want the correct piece.

Did you leave enough space from the top of the cap? I had a similar situation, filed the fork down quite a bit, then it closed perfectly.

But it also looks a bit strange as if the top cap is not flat on the bottom.

Your pic isnt very good. Is this an hbr17?

I also think your fork is still too long and you might  have it upside dowm

I can take some better pics later today. The fork is not too long, there is space between the cap and the compression plug. It’s also not upside down as the underside of the cap is unfinished and the top has a bevel for the screw to go into.

So sorry to bother you with my vibration issue (big chainring / small cogs) again.
I know it sounds crazy, but could anyone with an Ultegra Di2 R8100 (2x12, 11-34) take a quick video of their bike on a stand spinning in that gear please 🙏 (using the smallest cog) ?
As this is my first bike, I'm just wondering if this vibration is normal and if it’s all in my head.

I am using ultegra 12 speed Di2 and in 52 chainring and 34 cassette, I have no issues. Make sure the chain is on correctly, writing/branding facing out. The chain can run rough if on the wrong way, ask me how I know... As others mentioned, make sure the hanger is not bent, chain line is correct and the derailleur is adjusted correctly. Not sure but if you are using a wax for the chain, I get some noise/rough shifts for the first 10km until it breaks in. Also using a shimano quick link if you are not, to help trouble shoot issue.
