So should the area where the seatpost clamp sits against the frame be clean amd dry or should I use carbon paste?
I applied carbon assembly paste between the clamp and the frame without any problems.

hey! back tire is about 40,5 to 41mm and the front about 46mm on rims with 21mm inner width.

so still totally fine actually, the knobs and gummy "hairs" make it look worse. but as you can see in the pictures, there is still "some" space in the back (drive side)
You might find that the hairs will very effectively buff the frame and fork and shine them up really well!

I'm going Ultegra Di2 12 Speed, anyone else fitted this and have any tips/ suggestions for fitting and any spacers needed for BB and crank spacing? Will be running either 32 or 35mm road tyres.

Shimano has instructions online there is nothing different on this frame that requires any special knowledge. Many intergrated HB bike buils on You Tube to figure out how to run the cables, even a cheezy Light Carbon video

I'm running an 8100 Ultegra crank on the stock BB with no spacers and not had any issues with the crank so far after probably 200km+. First time builder so I could be incorrect about not using spacers (Claude suggested I would need them 85.5mm vs 86.5mm BB width), but after i preloaded the crank with the dust cap there was no play at all so I didn't think a spacer as needed.

What is the usual response time from Light Carbon? I sent them an e-mail 10 days ago to ask about the frame and wheelset, and I still haven't gotten a response.

Wendy got back to me on my first inquiry within 3 days. After that, pretty within 24 hours on weekdays.

No, you'll have to remove the tape tor the hairs to reach the frame. Why did you put the tape there?

There was a Chinese holiday. Might be worth poking them again.
