T47-85.5 (T47i)
Anyways, for my bottom bracket it didn't matter, the internal pipe is flexible.
I also found this quote on Ican's good explaination of T47:

T47-85.5 (T47i): "This standard is exclusive to Trek. In most cases, it is interchangeable with T47-86." Sounds reasonable, The difference is just 1 single millimeter.

Yes, as stated above, the 85.5mm inboard/internal T47i BB is exclusive to Trek, but I've never seen a thirdparty BB from any brand that's exclusive to that format. The 1mm difference is easily addressed and several BB I've seen for T47 inboard/internal are adaptable to various widths, some, like Token's models, fit 85.5, 86.5 and 91.5mm.

Question for those who received their frame : has anyone ordered the T47 85.5 BB that Lightcarbon offers for an extra 15$USD ?

I did (haven't received my frame yet) and was wondering how's the perceived quality/weight of said BB. Not sure if I should keep it as a spare and source a higher quality BB or not.

I have ordered it (picture). I am not expert of BB but is fine to me.

No worries - as far as I know, SRAM only offers the 85.5 because the plastic shell inside has some room.
You dont even need to use the plastic shell inside (but its very usefull to do because of the internal cables) - but for functionality, there is no need for the plastic shell, thus the width is set by the frame, not by the bb

There’s no consistent communication by email with Lightcarbon, I get a reply every three days, and only when I follow up first. It’s really frustrating. My contact with LC was done exclusively on Whatsapp, great experience with the order process so far, always fast to respond and clear answers...

It seems fairly variable. I asked very straightforward questions and got quick replies when ordering my LCR017. A friend is ordering a LCR018 and seems to have had more trouble, but she has faffed more about options and deciding on the paintwork. After I'd ordered I got pictures after the frame had been painted to check I was happy and a despatch email the day after the frame actually arrived.

Use their WhatsApp. They are very responsive through this channel.

I´ve wrote about 30 Mails with Wendy - usually she answered within a business day. Sometimes she was a bit fast on replying and things got lost/ mixed up but in the end I am very happy with the result (well, lets see what they do ). Had some special requests about the painting design, decals , drillings etc.

I was communicating with another sale person Chloe over email only. As long as email is sent during Hong Kong working hours I would get response the same day.
