Howdy - I think TSA lost my seatclamp coming back from midsouth. I emailed Chris, he said send $30 over paypal and they'll get them shipped, I did and asked for any updates and haven't heard anything back for nearly a week.

Wondering how worried I should be here. I did send a followup early yesterday and haven't heard back, though I know it's only been a day on that. But my frame is unusable without that clamp and I have quite the gravel season ahead of me.

Any better way to get ahold of him? Or alternatives you've found for the clamp?

For the rear, no adapter is required for a 160 mm disc, as this is the minimum size supported by the frame.
For the front, to use a 160 mm disc, a 140 mm adapter is used, since it is also designed to accommodate 160 mm.

I will say on my twoo calipers I had to set my bracket to 140 for it to fit my 160 rotor. Setting it to 160 = 180 rotor. So maybe worth having a 140 bracket handy. Front was true to 160 = 160. Shimano may be different tho.

Pretty damn annoyed with the headset and cockpit. Cockpit required good bit of filing to get it flat, bottom was horribly uneven.

Second problem is with the metal U-ring being too thin, dust cap sits against the frame. It is fine with some shims but it does not look like an ideal solution because of the internal cable routing. I am kinda afraid that over time edge of the very thin shim will cut into the brake hoses.

Any ideas? I thought about cutting the shim just under size of the U shaped ring and gluing it to the dust cover.

Update on this.
Emailed Chris about headset and he offered to make a taller compression ring as shimming was not really ideal. Instead of a new compression ring I did buy a new upper bearing that is 1mm taller so 40x52x8 instead of the original 40x52x7. I think space between frame and dust cap is great right now.

Hi, from your experience, would this bearing (attached diagram) be the correct one?

Unsure of the angles as I ordered the bike but want to get ahead of any issues when assembling.

Matt black aero gravel frame in size XS with integrated cockpit and Gryper wheels 45D with 50c Victoria T50 tires.

Shimano GRX 827  1 x bike groupset
Shimano SLX 10-51 cassette
Pass Quest 48t Aero chainring (no spacer add on and no issue for chainstay between chairing with 48T )
No brand saddle
Shimano XT chain
Shimano 105 Road pedals

Shimano Dura Ace with 4iiii dual Power Meter 170mm crank arm

I didn't have any particular difficulties with the assembly, except for a Pass Quest Chairing blocking the 4iiii Power Meter. Just slight modifications to fit in the 4iiii battery cap.

Any tool for BB sram dub t47i ? Need the wide version of bb? The cracks is force wide in 1x
The frame is compatible with internal centerlock brakes?  I have 2 Shimano cl700.

Actually am running a front rd that's spaced out super far. I got some 5 mil spacers and some longer 5 mil bolts. Whenever ltwoo releases new gen EGR or etx I plan on dropping the front derailleur. It definitely rubs when the frame is under torque, but I'm not too worried about it for the time being
