I dont see any differences to the one at the website expect for the fork

Apparently the tires that are in the photos are 40's so tire clearance at least in the fork looks like it could clear 2.2's maybe. at least 2.0 in the rear.

i dont think there are any Schwalbe X-One in 40mm. Its a Cyclocross tire and afaik theres max. 35mm version of this tire.

From the angle of your picture it does look the same, the other pictures gave me a wrong impression on the shape of the the head tube and the seat clamp. Hence the need for a better picture 

The creases (not sure is the right word for this) are definetely smoother on the finished bike compared to the website listing.

Well let's wait for the frames... Hope they sort out the delays.

...and postponed again to next monday - allegedly a problem with the anti slip paint on the seat post..

correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't it the same seat post from the 268, which should have all the seat post issues sorted by this point. Thankfully I have other bikes I can commute on but would be nice to have the new one  :'(

I had a hard time measuring the rear tire clearance because my caliper was acting up.
I got a reading of 57mm at the rear, but I wouldn't take that number as definitive.
It wasn't easy to tell which part would be most likely to make contact first since the tires mounted were tiny and only 32mm wide.
They told me it might fit a 2.1" tire.
The front fork has an inner width of 70mm.

The guy at the outdoor booth was very nice and I had a great time chatting with him. Thanks for the beer!
