I've been riding these for a couple of months now. no issues or complaints.

I'm not a tech tester, I don't 'test' products. I buy to use, if it works it stays, if not I moan. I've not compared it to any other readings, but the readings I'm getting look sensible. I've been switching them between 2 bikes without issue.

Is there any plan to make these also for SPD gravel/mtb cleats?

My set just arrived I got put on the bike last weekend. Did two 150km rides over the weekend. The numbers look proper comparing to Faveros or the P505. This week I start another training block so we will see how they operate under those conditions.

The external pod is the problem. It might not allow enough clearance between a SPD shoe/cleat. It'll also get knocked around a lot off-road. I did the Assoima DUO SPD hack a while ago and needed to modify my shoe for clearance... and the pod on those got dinged up a lot (although it still worked fine).

The SPD-SL version exists now. It's on Taobao though.

They said SPD (the mountain bike cleats), not SPD SL (road)

The q-factors are the same. 55mm.

I should write this as a heads-up in case anyone decides to order from Taobao (probably in China, to save money etc whatever).

These pedals are what I presume to be region locked. I asked the seller if it was possible for me to purchase them in China and bring them back to Canada, and they said no. So I can assume that their power-meters are region-locked sadly. I gather that the Aliexpress storefront is where they sell their products to the west. Maybe it's different for their bike computers, but that's another topic.
