12s road chainring

Hi i need SWAP from 50/34 Shimano 105 2x12s to 52/34 or 52/36. Could someone write which chainrings from Ali are good ? I have found Właśnie udało mi się znaleźć to na AliExpress:

But dont know if will fit and work with 34t from Shimano or need to take also 36 from wuzei? And second i found thath ori Shimano have offset 3mm and chainrings from wuzei 4.5mm. Im looking for something plug&play

No, those won't fit. Those are SRAM 8 bolt style chainrings. And also just a 1x.

You need to look for 4 bold, 110 BCD, 2x chainrings. Stone and pass quest are considered high quality and very durable. There are cheaper offerings as well by other brands. Many listings, so look around for the best price.

I'd just get Ultegra chainrings. I don't mess around and just stick with Shimano. This coming from a guy who's bike is almost entirely composed of Chinese components.

There's not much point buying Stone or Pass Quest in these circumstances when real 105 chainrings are substantially cheaper (unless you need an unusual combo that 105 doesn't offer):
