10 speed rear derailleur

Hello everyone, registered recently but been following the forum for some time

My question is; Is there any good rear derailleur for 10 speed system. Removed Ultegra 6600 from the bike, it needs rebuild and is scratched up, so i'm looking for a new rear derailleur that can work on Ultegra system, cable pull ratio is 1.7mm
Also prefer something lighter if posible with short cage.
My Ultegra is just above 200 grams.

Read up on Microshift.  I've had great luck with the Microshift Arsis 10, rear derailleurs and shifters.
