Saddle mount bottle cages?

Does anyone have a saddle-mount bottle cage thing that doesnt hold the bottle vertically, but still still leaves space for a saddle bag? looking for something like those TT-style bottle mounts, but that can mount on a road bike

I can't quite help, but I have 3D printed brackets to mount cages to my TT bike. Got any mates with a printer?
