Best road bike all-around grease

since my Speeder frame is ordered and that will be my first bike build im wondering what grease should i use for headset, cranks and thru axles. Can You recommend me something?

Shimano premium yellow grease is my go-to for general grease purposes. Though I use different grease for the headset and any bearings. Definitely need carbon paste for carbon contact areas, but that's not a grease.

I use Dynamic Assembly paste pro and All round grease. Gets the job done and it's "carbon safe". The main reason I've bough it though is because I liked the color of the assembly paste that looks like a blueberry yogurt

Just a note I have this grease as well, and noticed after a year of usage, it drys out and becomes calcified.
I've had much better success using Motorex grease, which also comes with a nice pencil to apply.

I finally bought Motorex Bike Grease 2000 and Motorex Carbon Paste.

Motorex grease is carbon safe, i will use it as anti-seize, assembly, bearings and all around.

It has very good price (not like other bike specific brands).

all-around grease does not work properly in any situation.

Every application required the correct grease, and all the stuff we call grease are not real grease.
Assembly paste is not a grease, it's a copper blend with anti seize features.
Shall I use lithium "all around grease" for bottom bracket installation? Yes...
Can I use lithium grease to rebuild a fork os a shock? no, they will damage the o-ring
I use copper grease for wheel building

I have copper grease, PTFE grease, Lithium grease, mineral marine blue grease, silicon grease, MoS (molybdenum) grease, copper spray grease...

I used red automotive bearing grease for my old bikes, but I use Motorex 2000 now since I got a tub for the new build. Honestly I think the red stuff is fine, it's still grease after all, and let's be honest, these are just bikes... but the yellow-green Motorex looks cool and I feel better about using it

I used a zinc-based anti-seize for the bottom bracket and crank interface, along with all of the Titanium bolts that are on the bike.

Out of curiosity, is there a comparable product to Muc-Off’s Bio-grease? I bought it a few years ago and it lasts forever. Knowing little back then, aside from supporting my LBS, Muc-Off are royally overpriced. I’ve seen other tubs and products over the years with a very similar-looking red grease which got me thinking there might be a cheap equivalent out there.

I don't know, how bio it is, but I've had good experience with Decathlon's red grease. It used to cost 10€, which is less than half of the Muc-Off. Now that I checked it seems like it's been replaced with green bio grease for the same price. It probably works just as well if not better.

I confirm. The "'new green" Decathlon is fine even if I use it only since 3 months.

I use the Juice Lubes stuff. Bearing grease as well as carbon paste and the antiseize stuff.

For best result when there is water exposure, use a ''marine'' grease which is almost always calcium sulfonate based. They are way better than the all purpose lithium based grease. Lucas, Motorex 2000, etc.

I find lithium grease to be easily washed away in areas like the headset or wheel bearings when you ride in all weather.

I use Phil Wood waterproof grease for most things..My mountain bike sees a lot of mud and water here in Seattle and that stuff works.

Never never use carbon paste on a front fork!  Doing this can lead to damage of steerer tube (something like "ring of death") because carbon paste Is somewhat grinding!
Use some grease for crown race and some PTFE tape in the place where "C" ring insist.
