Those who own the bike in small size, would you mind confirming that the effective top top number Geometrygeek is correct?

Is it really that short?

525 vs 531 (SL8)?
What is the actual TT then? There must be so much toe overlapping in that size then?

As many have already mentioned, the M5 bolt on the seat post clamp is actually too long; it doesn't sit flush with the top tube, causing the dust cap to stick out. I’ve now bought a 30mm M5 bolt, and it fits perfectly. I’m using a Giant dust cap, and it fits perfectly now, too! I can provide feedback on the headset once my handlebar arrives. I’ve ordered the FSA No. 55 LS and a Lightest HBR17 cockpit with an FSA adapter. Still waiting for delivery!

What a strange situation. I think originally they were too short causing people to complain the clamp wasnt flush. This right here is a perfect example of the annoying downsides of an open mold frame.

A bag of custom bolts is literally pennies in extra cost per unit.

Keep me updated please! I will just order the Kocevlo handlebar and hope the split ring that is coming with it, will fit the FSA headset.

I’m not very knowledged on this. But I’m pretty certain most cockpits will work, as they usually supply a different 1 1/2” inch cover between the handlebar & frame, which fits most standard frames, including this one. So I don’t think you effectively need the FSA ACR headset cover, and can use the one supplied with the handlebar, if it is 56mm wide all around and suitable for integrated cabling. This should make the adapter situation unnecessary, and could save you some money. I’m not sure though, I’ve never worked on a headset before, and I think you can run in to some other issues due to the bearing cambers? Can anyone confirm whether what I’m saying is right or wrong?

You need to match the bearing inner-race angle to the C-ring to get and maintain proper preload. I would guess that most cheap Chinese bars are using 45/45, but it's literally just a wild ass guess. Why there are multiple ACB fitments like this, I have no idea, and I wish the bike industry would just...use one freaking size bearing at each OD. This bike uses the same bearing depth as Deda, FSA, CC, etc, which is by far the most common fitment, so there is less to worry about there.

I am so torn on what bike to get. I keep coming back to this frame as it ticks every box besides having that aero Scott Foil look. I know it would be an upgrade from my fake Cervelo R5 but I'm still torn. Anyone running this with aero handlebars and ~60mm wheels? How does it.... *sigh*.... "hold speed"?

The inner race & C-ring, do they need to match the headset cover? LT includes a compression ring and the right bearings for the headset, is the C-ring top universal? Or is there standards for C-rings aswell? None of the handlebars I’ve looked at include a C-ring. So I currently am thinking, head tube, proprietary upper bearing, proprietary c-ring, any top cover. Does that work? I’m sorry if my questions are stupid or make no sense,.

I thought there was a C ring included with the Toseek bars.

Yes, bars needs to match spacers, which needs to match the bearing cover, which needs to match the c ring, which needs to match the bearing. This is literally worse than BB when it comes to standards and fitting stuff together.

Unfortunately, I found a crack in the frame. It's right where the seatpost clamp is. Have any of you had something like this happen to you? I tightened the clamp to a maximum of 5 Nm.

what does your clamp look like? Mine sits about 8 mm lower than the top tube.

Mine looks like yours too, in terms of how it sits. It hasnt cracked though.
