Well. Giant spares are surprisingly hard to get in the US, and I don't have a dealer close to me that I could check their catalog for official pricing. I suspect it's like $5 or less. Unfortunately, shipping from bike24 isn't cheap anymore even if you buy some tires or something you might need later. *something about US politics goes here*.

I went down the rabbit hole and placed an order on a XXL frame,
I really shouldn't get another bike, but tinkering with a build during the winter months is to tempting. 🙂
May be interesting to now that the larger sizes are possible to order now.

They quietly (like everything they do) added sizes for orders a couple of months ago. They also show up on the listings for the Permeants ST09, though the larger sizes aren't available to order yet through that brand.

Alisia did get back to me on delivery date, there is no stock for XXL now.
Expected delivery is in 2.5month, since the roads around me are covered in ice and snow until mid March/early April i still have plenty of time for assembly.

Wow. This model being released in tall boy sizes is really exciting! I am evenly torn between this and the FM126 that hasn't been released yet. I'm in the same situation where I don't actually need a road bike for a few months, so I'm looking forward to seeing the release of the smaller sizes of the FM126 come out in the next few months, as well as the XL/XXL stock coming in for the LTK266-D-SL.

Hi everyone,
I also received my LTK266-D-SL and for now everything looks really nice. The frame is very well made, no wrinkles, etc.. I went with custom paintjob, which is ok, not the best but not bad. I would say paint is relatively thin, probably the purpose behind it is keeping the weight down. My frame (size L) weighted in at 780g with derailleur hangers, forks are 330g (uncut steerer), seatpost with all hardware just under 150g...so it is indeed a lightweight frameset.
I assembled bike, but haven't ridden it yet.
Regarding the sizing - at the time I ordered the frame, only S, M, L sizes were available. At 183cm and a little less than 80cm saddle height i think it is okay, but it is a good idea to match the frameset with longer stem because it is not a very long frame in terms of reach. Also, I plan to remove spacers because I think bike will fit me okay if I slam it.
Based on what I have observed till now, it is a really nice frameset ,kudos to Long Teng

About the weight, I did not assemble my wheelset yet, but I weighed the bike with brothers' wheelset. With pedals (no bartape), it is 7.3kgs. I find this very good for a Ltwoo erx build & Magene P515 crank and Conti Grand Prix TR tires (are quite heavy). With GP5000s S TR and lighter wheelset, the bike will be ~ 7.0kg, pedals included.

what kind of saddle and cockpit are you running?

I’ve finally taken my SL266 out for its first outdoor rides, and it’s honestly the best bike I own! Fast, comfortable, and a total blast to ride.

Last year, I spent most of my time on a steel frame with modern road geometry(in total 17tkm), and I’m impressed that the SL266 easily keeps up in terms of comfort! Up until now, I mostly used it on the trainer to dial in my position since it’s winter here in Germany. The only thing I’ll likely change is the cockpit length. I’m currently running the stock 100mm/80mm reach combo, but I think 120/80mm would be ideal. I’ll see how it goes after a few more miles.

I’ve also 3D-printed a few parts for the LTK cockpit if anyone is interested: adapters for FSA spacers and headsets, direct headset covers, and a 7/8/9-degree wedge for the Wahoo/Garmin mount. Without the wedge, the mount pointed upwards at an awkward angle; in my opinion, it needs to be flush with the stem to look right. Now it looks perfect! I’ll try to post some pictures later.

I’ll take some proper photos of the bike once the weather clears up. By the way, the current weight is 7.4 kg with a full Ultegra group, a standard wheelset (1450g, 45mm depth), 30/32mm GP5000 AS TR tires, and Favero power meter pedals. Next i will try my deeper wheelset with lighter tires and look whats changing

Yesterday I received my Permanents ST 09 in transparent red.
The color is very nice and it seems very well finished, but I need to examine it more closely. I'll post some photos as soon as I can.
I have some questions about the headset. I've seen the Token TK1556SP, which seems better designed for not mounting an integrated handlebar. I'm wondering if it will be compatible. It has a 45/45 bottom bracket instead of the 36/45. I understand that the important factor is the external angle, but I don't know if anyone can confirm this.

I'm going to set it up with Di2; does anyone know if rubber caps are needed for the front and rear derailleurs?
Does anyone know what cable length might be needed for a size S? 600 and1200?
