It's 47 internal.
But I agree. It makes no sense to put a 170€ BB in this frame...

Another option is this variant from Rotor but it was quite tricky to fit as the internal tube bit is flexible and was challenging to get in place with internal cables. But that is probably down to my lack of experience!

The frameset arrived a few days ago.
The packaging was good, and there are no scratches or anything like that.
The bottom bracket was easy to install; the threads were fine.
The caliper mounts are smooth.
In the bottom bracket area, the frame has a few sharp carbon edges on the inside, but nothing serious.

I’m still waiting for a longer cockpit and the right/final bottom bracket.

I’ll post a few updates on the assembly.  I’m satisfied. Overall, great quality.

For the headset, I’m using an FSA 36x45 on the bottom and a DEDA 45x45 on top. I’m not using the ring on the bottom one. The fork has its own, right? However, the bearing doesn’t quite fit. I’ll have to take another look and then post some photos.

Is there alternative seatpost that can fit the frame?

Maybe I'm just unlucky but even for 27.2mm seatposts I had some creaking ones that the noise comes from the contacts between the clamps and the head.
Just want to be sure if the stock one creaks I can still get some replacements.

Have you tried really lathering on a good bit of carbon paste? That solved it for me.

I want to start off by saying this frame has been a blast. I've enjoyed it much more than my LTK 268.

I've recently run into an issue with the saddle clamp. I was on a ride and hit a bump, and my saddle nose shot straight up. The clamp has been tightened to the labeled 12Nm with carbon paste and I'm still able to move the saddle with my hands (With some force applied).

I'm using the clamp provided by Long Teng, but I have a Ritchey WCS-1 clamp on order. TIA.

Not sure if it should be carbon paste, especially I have some alloy 27.2 seatposts, aka, metal head on metal seatpost body contacts, and some of them still creak.

The silent ones (no matter metal or carbon) have nothing special, just torqued to the specified torqued, without any special grease/paste/whatever.

That's why I'm asking for alternative seatposts, some are just not well designed, and I don't want to risk a full frameset just to be annoyed by a creaking seatpost.

I wouldn't put carbon paste near threads, particularly if it's the grit kind. I would disassemble, regrease the bolt, and then reassemble.

One mode of failure for these kinds of clamps is if the clamp's hardware (idk the ears?) is touching the cradle, preventing proper torque. Sometimes this is because of using the wrong size hardware (7x9mm on a 7x7mm saddle). Other times it's just an installation error. Let me know how it goes, happy to help troubleshoot.

Hey! Thank you for the reply. I should have clarified a bit better -- the carbon paste was applied to the "ears" (the part that grips down on the seatpost). Also, I'm using a 7x7 saddle with the correct clamp hardware (not the oval set provided by Long Teng). I'll make sure the "ears" aren't touching the cradle and that everything is making proper contact.

Do you know if the Ritchey clamp's "ears" have a larger clamping radius?

Hello! What is the frot disc brake´s size? Is it posibble to use 140 in front?

Hi, it's a 160mm. I think a 140mm is possible by swapping the adapter upside down.

Got my frame today everything looks good will post some photos once i get some more parts and build it up. I am going to be using a bar which uses and FSA integrated headset.

Just looking at buying the headset now and it seems there are two different looking ones where the cover seems to be different.

Should i go for the one which looks like it is two pieces or the one which is a single piece?
