The bushing on the yoke seems to be proprietary to canyon, 16.8mm long, couldn’t find it

Hi, I’ve bought Rockshox 1x M8x30 for the front and 1x M8x16mm for the rear. I’ve filed the rear gap with stainless steel shims of 0.2mm (four shims) as shown in this link: https://www.bike24.com/p2497120.html

At the front, the rings aren’t symmetrical and vary in thickness. Perhaps they were incorrectly packed? See the pictures.

I’m using it with the ROCKSHOX SIDLUXE ULTIMATE 3P SOLO AIR REMOTE SHOCK 210x50.

The frame comes with a complete Acros headset.

For me, the solution is simple and inexpensive. I acquired a second M8X30mm.  They’re always packed asymmetrically.

I received the bushing from offset and started the build last night:

Well, seriously struggling running the shifter cable housing in rear triangle, i may have to split it from the frame to have a chance. The chain stay is super narrow

Brake hose was run from wheel to head tube
Shifter cable house was introduced by the front of the rear triangle (from the opposite side from the hole) and pushed to the derailleur exit (fished it with a pic), pulled almost all the way in the rear triangle and then pushed back to the front guiding it in the front triangle with pliers

Not a whole lot of fun on that one but it’s done

When you swing the rear triangle up, it gives you extra room at the bottom bracket area to route the cables into the rear triangle.

Saddle clamp check tip. I received a 35mm clamp from Hongfu while the opening in the frame is 36.5 mm.

I recently bought a 36.4mm seatpost clamp. Because I’m planning to ride with Christmas. 😀

I emailed them and they have the 36.4 and sending one my way. Helen is really great to deal with. I also ordered one from Amazon, delivery tomorrow,  so I can move the build along. Hopefully I’ll finish the build this weekend, all I need to do now is rob the parts from my other bike

Are you running an adaptor for rear brake caliper mount? I got this one but it looks like it moved the caliper for a 180mm disc, not 160:

To use a 160mm rotor on an MTB frame, you need an FM to PM 140mm adapter. This adapter provides zero offset.
